your thoughts on today's court case(federal)

Ill be flying out to watch the trial for sure!! Now if everyone does the ganja farmer dance to a lickle Bob everyone will be feeling irie!!
 
People are sick and tired of Stephen telling them how they're going to live their lives. That is awesome info Doc. I spend quite a bit of time hunting down precedents and such for my battle with the wcb, but that is pure gold right there. The right to self-determination is a beautiful thing.
 
According to Melanie Nagy who is reporting on the court proceedings, the decision for an injunction will be posted online and not in court. No time table for a decision yet. Check melanies twitter feed for updates and where to find the decision when it happens.

The judge himself said Friday
 
Sipping my coffee, waiting eagerly. Might be end of the day before the decision is released unfortunately. Or could be any minute. Can't do much but wait.
