I am pleased to report that the Federal Court, Mr.Justice Manson, today has essentially grandfathered all existing MMAR Authorizations to Possess with Personal Production Licences and/or Designated Growers until trial, but the possession limit is 150 gms. This includes those who were renewed post September 30th but there is no provision for new applicants.
The Order is attached and decision is attached.

One thing to note: On my forms it lists my allowable possession amount as different than my storage amount and he used the word possession. Curious what that means.

No provisions for new applicants. Not sure what this all means for me really. I have my ATP but never had a PUPL/DPPL and only signed up last fall. I don't want to be part of the shitty MMPR.

There's another lawyer taking a different path on this and you may be able to contact him for more information joyride. I agree, it's total BS that you cannot get into the existing program.

get growing people.....and don't let the it worry you.....
I think lack of access is totally beatable....in the courts....
My friend is caught up here too....just missed the cut off...and couldn't get a grow licence
supply yourself with your meds.....its the right thing to do.....look after yourselves first cause your patients....
leave the BS to the courts to wade thru....
your health is your priority
