Yes, it's excellent. That should be required viewing in all public schools, U.S. Congress and state congress.

If you liked that one, you'll die over this one LOL! It's a close runner up.

the paradigm is shifting, kynes..retinal/thumbprint scanners are the solution..
So, you think tech is perfect. When I cannot get that scanner to work, while I get shot at.... is not the right of self protection.

i remember when I showed a gun lock. Most had never seen one. But, anyone sees it, sees the joke.

So, all you ivory tower types that have not faced the music, don't know shit about it. And any fumble and any software glich will get me killed. No wonder we laugh at all this. All the opposition is fear based and totally ignorant. Go to a gun range get some training and get over it.

And no wonder we will continue to protect ourselves, no matter the law, until to the national poster girl baby murder, forces self protection sense back into self rule.

In England they break in, gang rape and leave them alive and they come back again.

Of course, we all saw a baby shot in the face over nothing, and then claims racial protection and blame the Mom.

Your agenda is stupid and dangerous. And I do hope you are never on the business end of that dis-arm the citizens, bs. Even with a gun it is very dicey, indeed.

There is nothing at all reasonable about limiting guns. But, the more you try, the more guns we buy and the more we train, the more we ice the intruders before they get us. And crime and murder and all gun evil is DOWN.

More guns = less crime and only the whining idiots of agenda cannot see that.

How about some unbiased, real evidence of what you say. how about some consensus between all experts on guns, on sociology and on public policy, unless we can get 100 percent consensus then you have no valid point.

I love this part.

Mass murderers have no limitation on the weapons they may employ since they could care less about the laws. When are you going to realize that laws do not stop bad things from happening?

WHEN?!?
that's demonstrably false.

lanza refused to even undergo a background check. if his mom had kept her guns in a safe, a classroom full of kindergarteners wouldn't have been slaughtered.

loughner was only stopped when he went to change magazines, unlucky for the little girl he shot and killed that he had 23 extra bullets to fire before he needed to do that.

your logic is simpleton stupidity city.

now please remind me when the last time australia had a gun massacre take place.

100 round drums are so fucking common, every gun store has at least 5 of them. I could buy 50 of them in under 20 minutes they are SOOOO FUCKING COMMON.

Of course someone who knows absolutely nothing about firearms would not know that though.

.50 call semiauto rifles are also VERY COMMON.

A M1A1 Abrams tank is NOT common.
oh, so i see you can actually read supreme court decisions. perhaps you may want to incorporate some of their rulings into your retarded logic.

So basically what you have just admitted was that background checks didn't stop Lanza and magazine restrictions didn't affect Loughner.

You're really good at this.

Putting a ban on magazines of more than 10 rounds won't affect the 3 billion high capacity magazines already out there. Universal background checks ? already got those. The only time you don't get a background check is when one private person sells to another and the private person is not a licensed firearms dealer.

The OP is a straw-man argument I'm afraid. And I'm not sure what your argument is. Are you supporting "gun grabbers" or are you trying to argue that background checks for purchasing firearms is a bad idea?

I love my guns. But I also think background checks should be mandatory. I also think that it should be left to the state to decide whether assault weapons should be allowed. Personally I think an "assault rifle" in Arizona or New Mexico is not a terrible thing, but owning one in New England (except Maine) is a bad idea, simply due to population density.

There were five times more murders committed by knives than rifles in the US in 2010.
Note, these figures do not break down how many of the 358 were actually assault rifles.
In comparison, over 270 American die each day from prescription drug overdose.

If the democrats are so worried about protecting and saving lives, the would give up this political power play and concentrate their efforts on an issue that actually warrants it.

background checks did stop lanza, the lack of a gun safe did not. there were no magazine restrictions for loughner, his high capacity mags were legal.

you're really better at this.

that's not an answer to my question, you homicidal white supremacist.
Are mass murders an increasing problem? Are there more this year than last, and more last year than the year before? Is this a problem, or simply a partisan propaganda wedge issue similar to the "WAR ON WIMIN!!!"?

How many mass murderers were sane?
Ol' Haj tries to go postal from time to time on the boys, but since THEY'RE armed too, he never gets more than a couple before he gets put down.

I'd rather MANDATE every swinging dick in the nation carries a firearm than try to do something stupid like "banning" them....which means only criminals, and state sanctioned criminals, will have firearms.

Don't want to get shot? Shoot back.

Works for me.
