That's great news Sunni.
I'm happy for you:)

Congratulations.

And you have whole poutine places? Or is it a restaurant that specialises in it? Sounds brilliant whatever it is :-)

its like a franchise sells only poutine, basically open for lunch, dinner, and late night bar nights
but they have like 40 options , and a vegan option and vegetarian options too!

That looks great !

cheers clint, been trying to cut down on my red meat. much as it pains me to do so. and the tart is so easy to make it's a 5 min prep job chucking the onions in the slow cooker in the morning and 25 in the oven when you get home.

I wish i could cut down on red meat !
I love it to much , i want to try a tart like that , i have never made one , not the best with pastry !!!

I made Asian style slow braised beef ribs with wok fried bok choy !
I browned beef ribs in the camp oven over the fire in batches , then fried onion and carrot in same pan to get all that brown beefy goodness
of the bottom of pot , added rest of ingriedients , then placed in hole with charcoal from fire , and buried with dirt.
After 8 hrs in the ground you have ribs that fall apart just from looking at them !!!!!!

buy store bought. it's just as good as home made these days and a real time/mess saver. even the chefs on the telly advise you to just buy it

I have seen alot of top chefs on tv saying just buy your pastry , that's what most of them prob does !
I cook outdoors when eva i can bro , something about a burning fire , you can stare at for hours , then the flava it puts into food is amazing .
I put a tarp up the other night when it started to rain .
A bit average but it works !
