Why is Michael Brown guilty of robbing the store but the cop innocent of shooting an unarmed man?
My point innocent until proven guilty, or is that only for white cops?
I dont think Michael Brown will ever be charged nor put on trial for the theft of the cigarillo's. If you watched the video it was pretty clear what he did however.
The system in that state is for the evidence to go to a grand jury to determine whether there will be a trial.
The cop had bruises on his face, the perpetrator's blood was inside the squad car on the door and the officers uniform from the struggle.
None of the eyewitnesses mention Michael Brown striking the officer yet the physical evidence is pretty compelling.
I have never seen a cop try to pull someone through the door of their squad car into the front seat. That just doesnt make sense. Someone trying to grab a cops gun would have to reach through the window though.
All of the forensic evidence that has been leaked points to the cops side of the story. I dont think the cop woke up that morning wanting to shoot anyone.
So, in my opinion, the grand jury will not indict the officer and this will never go to trial. And the black community will declare racism and prejudice and riot all over again because either they dont understand the system or they just dont care.
