Yuppers cob. As I mentioned, I think everything has been covered in this thread alone a million times. I've had my stab at pruning with great success, but there's absolutely no point in medium to heavy defoliation.
This thread should now start talking about other forms of plant training that actually have great benefits that do not hurt the plant, while increasing all aspects of yield in the end results.

If using all of these tools at the right times, yields are 100% guaranteed to go up a lot, especially compared to a plant grown with little or no training.
Anyone looking at this thread thinking defoliation will increase yields, or whatever, just stop thinking about defoliation and start learning the training techniques I've mentioned and how to use them properly.
