Hello!
I haven't had time to scratch myself, lately, hence no photos Here's a couple that I took a few days ago, to give a bit of perspective. The metal rule you can see is 31cm (12.2047inch) and the colas tower over it. I'm just glad my cooling/airflow has been able to handle the heat from the light, because I've really run out of space. I didn't want the girls to get so close to the light but it has no more movement, it's at the highest point I could mount it. Fortunately the light hood seems to have a good spread and the colas along the edge of the tent, which you can see in the photo, aren't suffering from lack of light.
The two plants at the back of the tent both seem a week or two ahead of the big plant at the front of the tent. Their leaves are all sucked dry by the buds, and the pistils are nearly all red. I can't see amber yet, in the trichomes, but I'm starting to wonder if that's not my vision at fault. Or, you know, I AM new and don't know what I'm looking for. When they change it might jump out at me - I can appreciate that.
I've lowered my PPM to 950. Over the last week I've had some hiccups, and there was a good 3 or 4 days where the plants seemed to take no nutrients from the water at all. It's been very hot and I haven't been able to check on the plants during the days, I feel the stalling might have been due to heat. The reservoir temperatures would have raised significantly on those days, too. I wound up dumping the rez, and putting fresh water and nutes in. The girls are starting to eat again which is great.
The main plant, at the front of most pictures, is starting to turn. It's pistils are drying out and some leaves are, too, but it's nothing like the other two. I'll take some close ups of the buds later but for now...
