Can you please point out exactly where it states AR-15, fully automatic, silencer and 100 round capacity.

Thanks.

I could point out where the government isn't supposed to have a standing army. Derp dee durr.

Seems like everyone is relocating at the moment. Can't wait to get all settled in, get a couple three season greenhouses up and running. Start a decent compost pit. Worm bin. Maybe pick UB's brain a bit. Get a couple pointers.
Got a new microscope too eh?

Could you describe in precise english just what "shall not be infringed" means? Thank you.
the supreme court already did, you literalist.

Like most rights, the Second Amendment right is not unlimited. It is not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose: For example, concealed weapons prohibitions have been upheld under the Amendment or state analogues. The Court’s opinion should not be taken to cast doubt on longstanding prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill, or laws forbidding the carrying of firearms in sensitive places such as schools and government buildings, or laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial sale of arms. Miller’s holding that the sorts of weapons protected are those “in common use at the time” finds support in the historical tradition of prohibiting the carrying of dangerous and unusual weapons. Pp. 54–56.

I'd imagine its stabbingly lower.

we outmatch their stabbings with shootings in only 47 days.

our gun homicide rate exceeds their total homicide rate by multiples, much less their knife homicide rate.

if you are trying to convince me that knives are better killing tools than guns, you have to do more.

and i never cut my steak with a gun either.

what's the gun ownership rate like in england, where you are 46 times less likely to be killed by a gun?
What is the violent crime like in England where you are 4 times as likely to be assaulted?

What are the gun control laws like in Chicago, where you are 400 times more likely to be killed by an armed robber than in Lewiston, Idaho?

An inconvenient truth:

you need to cite your stats. even your silly graph is unattributed. it might as all be made up.

here are facts, which are cited: http://www.nationmaster.com/country-info/compare/United-Kingdom/United-States/Crime

Murders with firearms 14
Ranked 39th. 9,369
Ranked 4th. 669 times more than United Kingdom

it also goes on to say that the assault rate in england is 2.8 % compared to the unites states at 1.2 %. interestingly, japan ranks comes in at 0.1 %, and they have strict gun control there too.

maybe we should model our gun control after japan, eh?

"maybe we should model our gun control after japan, eh?"

Then we would have to commit suicide at a 50% higher rate. No, thanks.

Just accept it. The US is founded on the constitution. The constitution prohibits the government from infringing on the people's right to bear arms. If you want to outlaw gun ownership, then amend the constitution. Get crackin'.

nope. you are a literalist, and literalists are dumb, dumb people.

check the supreme court's rulings.

so why does japan have strict as fuck gun control, but a lower assault rate than we do, george?

weren't you just trying to make some point about that?

LOL!

Japan is a different country with a different culture than the US, Andy. They should model their civil rights on the US and prohibit their government from infringing on their citizen's right to keep and bear.

The AR15 is the most common rifle in the US. By your citation, the government can't infringe the citizen's right to keep and bear an AR. :-) Why are you, and most lefties, so frightened and mistrustful of fellow citizens.

The US is a wonderful and safe place, founded on the most important document that recognizes the fundamental freedom of individual people. Why are lefties so intent on destroying individual freedom and placing the yoke of government on the necks of citizens? Are you too obtuse to look around the world and see where your desires will take us? No, thanks. If you want to choke on a government cock, then emigrate.

yes, very few heavily armed white supremacist cop wannabes like you, george.

They should model their civil rights on the US and prohibit their government from infringing on their citizen's right to keep and bear.
but then their assault rates and gun homicides would skyrocket.

did you have any point by showing assault rates where gun control is strict? because england is an anomaly. we rank in the top 10 in assaults, despite our massive gun collection.

the government can't infringe the citizen's right to keep and bear an AR.
they already did, for 10 years, and the gun homicide rate went way down. remember 1994-2004, retard? was self defense impossible during that time?

Why are you, and most lefties, so frightened and mistrustful of fellow citizens.
says the guy who wants to "defend the roost" when his home is worth $199k (and dropping) in a shithole in the middle of nowhere and with nothing to even rob.

you don't even have $800 to keep your stupid little event going. loser.

The US is a wonderful and safe place.
we are actually 7th in violent crimes out of every nation on earth. 4th in murders with firearms. objectively, we are one of the least safe nations on earth.

you are a propagandist, a white supremacist, a cop wannabe, and your wife is fat.

have fun being wrong about everything, and watching me beat you in everything.
