My wife who is several months older than me is recuperating from a total knee replacement this is her second !
I told her the other day that she was lucky that she didn't have 3 legs because the next knee replacement would be an amputation above the knee. The first one didn't last a year and will need to be redone and this one isn't going well either.
I've still got most of my original equipment minus a few teeth due to a bad hop from a hot ground ball .
Thank heavens for good dentistry !
I will admit that as I get older and closer to the age of my dad when he died.
My longevity on this planet is something that I think about but I made a commitment 15 years ago to take better care of my self than pop's did . He died at 65 which is only 7 years older than I am now. But you have to worry about genetics .Cancer is very prevalent in my family and that's what killed my mom and dad and all of his brothers and sisters .
Hopefully won't be a problem I'll have to deal with . I hope I have another 25 years or more but only time will tell !

I think we're relatively around the same age @Indagrow and I can relate to a point. Mentally I feel I'm getting older. The list of shit I can put up with has gone inverse of my age. I always thought it was that older people had gotten jaded but it's starting to become clear that they just figured out time is linear and they don't like crowded planes. On the otherhand, physically I feel as though I'm in my prime. I do fear prime may be confused with peak and it's going to all start going downhill though lol. Anywho, did I have 2 cups of coffee yet or just one? Where's the remote?
