Capsules for oral administration: MARINOL Capsules is supplied as round, soft gelatin capsules containing either 2.5 mg, 5 mg, or 10 mg dronabinol. Friendly advice, you'd get more relief from actual cannabis as its not a synthetic version of thc and you have all the other cannabinoids to improve the efficacy of relieving symptomatology. They all work in coordination with one another, it is a support system of sorts. One leans on the other and they all work in conjunction to provide relief.
I'd figure a standard edible dosage would be a half a gram to a gram, therefore a 500-1000miligrams for an adult patient. I personally enjoy taking small dosages repeatedly throughout the course of the day and all i use for relief are edibles/gel caps.
