That would only make sense if there was only one employer. Workers have choices and thus can choose to not be oppressed. Not that difficult a concept. Why do you wish to pretend they have no choice but to be oppressed. Socialist Hogwash.

Oh OK, since that's how it works, I suppose the government can't ever restrict liberty then either, right? I mean, it's not like the US is the only country, people have choices and thus can choose to not be oppressed.

You believe only the government can restrict liberty, I just showed you an example of how employers do restrict liberty by exploiting their workers labor

If labor is exploited, liberty is restricted because it is an oppressive restriction imposed by authority

Workers can choose not to accept a job and in turn accept a better job. That is not restriction of liberty. You have choice.

The government has the ability to restrict liberty. They do it all the time. You are forbidden by the government to accept a job at less than a certain wage. That is restriction of liberty.
