Do you see why you seem confusing to me? Now you are not talking about disengaging.

What the hell are you talking about?
I never said I was, that was entirely your misinterpretation of my words.

I'm talking about the fact that all avenues for the relief from tyranny THROUGH our government seem to be conveniently blocked. Therefore, alternatives must be sought. I'm seeking them. I didn't say I have the answers, I said it's time to start looking for them!

Well actually it is against the law to have/carry more then $10,000 in cash at one particular time .
This is a prime example of an unjust law that must not be allowed to stand.

Why isn't every jury given ALL of their instructions? These are; Guilt, Innocence- AND not guilty because the law is wrong. Betcha never heard a judge tell you THAT as a jurist!

Tyranny; those with the power to make unjust laws don't want us citizens striking them down.

The automatic confiscation of cash of any amount is not based upon any law other than rule by force.

Rumor: It is illegal in the U.S. to carry $10,000 or more in cash.
FALSE

No U.S. law specifically prohibits an individual from possessing or carrying $10,000 or more. In fact, it's not technically illegal to possess sums far larger than that for a wide variety of purposes. (If it were, many small business owners would find running their primarily cash-based businesses impossible.) However, a few factors advance the belief that $10,000 is a threshold of illegality when it comes to money.

The most likely suspect is the Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act of 1970, also known as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Enacted to inhibit money laundering, and utilized by the United States Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, the BSA mainly obligates banks (not citizens) to report transactions of more than $10,000

you'd like him if he preached racial segregation though.
Now see, you're just being silly, Poopy Pants.

I think people that use their private property in those ways are shooting themselves in the foot and being stupid. I mean. c'mon, there's a big difference between shitting on your own floor and shitting on someone else floor, wouldn't you say ?

yet you can't stop telling us that we are slaves who are being raped if we can't deny service to people based on their skin color.

If a person of ANY color insists that you interact with them on your OWN property, and you'd prefer not to, who is the person being the offensive aggressor and who is the person in the defensive position ?

easy answer. the guy who wants to deny service to someone because of their skin color is the one being aggressive and offensive.

the guy who is being denied service simply because of his skin color is the one who is on the defensive, trying to defend himself for being born with a certain skin color.

now tell us all about how you hate "forced integration", same as the white supremacists over at the "white genocide" project.

They took my money and then received a letter saying the state of Texas vs. U.S. currency.
Yep, that's what they do. Property doesn't have the right to due process, so, they just take it and put you behind the eight ball. If they can tie it to drugs, I guess they have you over a barrel too. (uck, mixed metaphors) I'm just wondering if there was only lots of cash and nothing else can a person refuse to surrender it?

The law is about not declaring it and hiding it. Also not against the law to break up the amounts to under 10k increments when making the deposits, but they will question you about structuring the deposits, and if your reason is to avoid getting flagged, you are guilty of structuring, something many small business' do.

Fucking war on drugs. How much longer? It's nice living in a state that legalized MJ. But really, the WOD is a corrosive agent in this country.

Except you're wrong.

The reason why you're wrong is every person has the right to freely chose their human interactions on a peaceful and mutual basis. No person has the right to tell, another person, "hey you WILL interact with me and if you don't like it, I will occupy your property and call thugs to ensure we will have an interaction. "

Slaves are forced into human interactions on a uni-lateral basis, free people are not, those interactions are on a mutual basis. It has nothing to do with a persons race, it has to do with respecting the idea that none of us has the right to make others choices for them about how they will use their justly acquired property. In short, shitting on or occupying property that isn't yours is a property right violation.

Except the weed hasn't been freed.

The "legalized states" are akin to slaves having a travel pass from master. The plant limits, possession limits and other attendant rules etc. have ensured you aren't exercising a right, but instead you've been granted a revocable privilege from master...like a slave.
