3A. Responsible Individual’s Information (from the new forms)

Guys,
I'm pretty sure this is what you need.. I don't see anywhere stating you need the doctor to sign a picture of yourself like the MMAR, but I guess it wouldn't hurt.

ACMPR FORM: http://healthycanadians.gc.ca/alt/pdf/drugs-products-medicaments-produits/buying-using-achat-utilisation/cannabis-medical/access-acces/personal-production-personnelle/registration-form-formulaire-inscription-eng.pdf
DOCTORS FORM: http://www.marijuanalaws.ca/pdf/HC-ACMPR-med-document-eng.pdf
And..
ATTACH CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK FOR RESPONSIBLE PERSON, DG, OR SELF.

This just smells like a bait and switch stall tactic.
What is the present status of the MMAR Injunction?
Any idea when my Pink becomes invalid?
Are we waiting for the courts to OK this?

Thx

Yes, NO skype unless doc has rights to practice in that province. For example, my doc is licensed in 3 provinces (Ontario, Alberta, and Nova Scotia), just based on where he's lived over the years. I'm not sure what hoops doc's have to jump thru to get licensed in each province, but I'm sure being a resident of that province is high on the list of criteria. So Skype scripts from BC to Newfoundland...doc would have to be licensed in both provinces.
What if you were born in alberta, but live in ontario. Can you skype an alberta dr?

Supposedly lps will have to sell clone and seed
Except most have what they call proprietary strains which they don't want to share.
Like there's a lineup of assholes seeking their shit
The "proprietary" strains they bought from MMAR patients who in turn bought them from breeders or made them themselves. Renaming other peoples strains is the only proprietary part of their strains.

How are we as patients to know if the seeds we get are stable or even genetically diverse depending on if we want different phenotypes or specific ones. People need to be able to choose where and what seeds they choose to grow

This is nothing more than trying to force patients to use LPs in one form or another come hell or high water in their eyes. Good luck with that, its right back to restricting our access.

Sickening how the gov't is clawing tooth and nail to protect LPs and their investments. This is the one thing that pisses me off the most about the new regs. Its so ridiculously transparant what theyre trying to do and it wont fly

Reading through the application, it asks the question 'Will you need to obtain starting material (i.e. seeds) from a Licensed Producer?'.

Given that seeds aren't illegal to buy in Canada, do I say No? Or, given that everything I've been hearing says that you have to purchase LousyProvider seeds, do I put on a big grin and say 'Gosh, yes please help me find seeds'.

I just did a search of the regulations for 'seeds' and tried to focus under the Personal Production section. I didn't see anything regarding if anyone has to provide seeds for us, or we can source our own.

Anyone else see anything or have a definitive section I can reference?
I'm fairly sure most LP's are not ready to supply said 'starting materials'. Seeing as this is an immediate relief kinda thang leads me to believe that you gotta start now, so get em!
