I haven't had a chance to look them over. I read on tousaws fb page someone said u don't need a signature if u already have a script but I'm not sure.
Would be nice
Idk dudeTheir must be some more forms i take it.
whats it been ..nearly two years of telling people how its gonna go.....
I called health Canada back during mmar days, and ANY greenhouse is considered indoors according to themGross
Makes me curious tho...would an underground greenhouse be considered indoor or out?
I mean u are using the sun for most of your light but the plants are technically inside?
The injunction remains in place until Phelan removes it!This just smells like a bait and switch stall tactic.
What is the present status of the MMAR Injunction?
Any idea when my Pink becomes invalid?
Are we waiting for the courts to OK this?
Thx
What if you were born in alberta, but live in ontario. Can you skype an alberta dr?Yes, NO skype unless doc has rights to practice in that province. For example, my doc is licensed in 3 provinces (Ontario, Alberta, and Nova Scotia), just based on where he's lived over the years. I'm not sure what hoops doc's have to jump thru to get licensed in each province, but I'm sure being a resident of that province is high on the list of criteria. So Skype scripts from BC to Newfoundland...doc would have to be licensed in both provinces.
The "proprietary" strains they bought from MMAR patients who in turn bought them from breeders or made them themselves. Renaming other peoples strains is the only proprietary part of their strains.Supposedly lps will have to sell clone and seed
Except most have what they call proprietary strains which they don't want to share.
Like there's a lineup of assholes seeking their shit

Must be running the Suicide Cheese!I still cant believe the 30g per plant yield expectation for indoor. Pathetic
I'm fairly sure most LP's are not ready to supply said 'starting materials'. Seeing as this is an immediate relief kinda thang leads me to believe that you gotta start now, so get em!Reading through the application, it asks the question 'Will you need to obtain starting material (i.e. seeds) from a Licensed Producer?'.
Given that seeds aren't illegal to buy in Canada, do I say No? Or, given that everything I've been hearing says that you have to purchase LousyProvider seeds, do I put on a big grin and say 'Gosh, yes please help me find seeds'.
I just did a search of the regulations for 'seeds' and tried to focus under the Personal Production section. I didn't see anything regarding if anyone has to provide seeds for us, or we can source our own.
Anyone else see anything or have a definitive section I can reference?
So i wonder what they will deem as too high a prescription. Because with a 30g per plant limit indoors its gonna take a lot of plantsMath checks out on my side....
