Keep her completely covered for 4/5ths of the cooking time and then only uncover it to crisp up the skin towards the very end.

If you've a metal spoon/fork with no handle you can also stick it in the stuffing.

When the oven heats the fork it helps cook the inside.

Saw your boy Jamie Oliver do that one.

You gotta realize that we live in the nation of processed food junkies! Anyone is better than many of the food celebs we have, I'll admit I even bought one of his books, the naked chef, not too bad, lol. I enjoyed his earlier stuff cooking at home with lots of cast iron and cooking outside as well. Oh, and he has to be more palatable than, I won't even say it:-)

1 You joined this website it was so fantastic you decided to make 40 posts per day every day for 5 months,lets just say you were overwhelmed.
2 You grew up to be Rain man
3 Even a stupid person such as yourself would realize your behavior appears suspicious to others so you go around calling other folk sock puppets.
