As idiot opinion pieces go, this one is pretty over the top. Running it is an editorial choice and as such sends a message. Forbes didn't have to run that- but because they chose to, they've sent a strong message that they're ready to help support the right wing racist extremists.

I believe that a recognized political party has to be built from grassroots up. There isn't a shortcut to building a political party that can contend. I suggest working within the Democratic party to make it better. I take it that you don't think it's possible. Maybe it's different this time and social media enables us to form political parties and dissolve them without developing a base. I don't think so.
