Lol its because I like fruity strains hahah the last run was pineapple express tangerine dream amd strawberry cough... hence the name.

Weekly update .. end of week 4 (day 28) of flowering
Girls got their color back. Heavy nitro on the blue kushbut otherwise doing well and hamdeling the training well with her main mid cola curved back.
The mystery PE2 is a little burnt but shell be ok :-)
They got their IPM spray with neem oil.

Weekly update day 35 of flowering (last fay of week 5):
Each pot got 2 tablespoons of kelp meal 1-0-2 worked into top soil and watered in. Happy to note the biological live in the soil :-) worms, red composting mites and other critters :-) .... IPM spray done

Weekly update, day 42 of flowering (end of week 6):
36 hours ago, I brewed this bloom tea in a 5 gal bucket with 4 gal water, one tablespoon molasses, 1 cup of each of EWC and Kelp meal, and half a cup of each of alfalfa and dried up banana chips. Half a gal of that tea went in each of the 4 pots in the groom, undiluted. The rest of the tea went in my outdoor veg garden to feed my bloomin tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and cucumbers
The girls got sprayed with my IPM mix and im sad to say the mystery pineapple express is full of seeds. I cant find any male parts anywhere except for a single one on the auto sweet coffee ryder and i clipped it off. At least the auto hermied. Oh well this run is far from meeting any expectations lmfao

Ohwow I imagine you were super surprised to see those seeds!!
I especially like those pompom tips on the Kush, with more-of-that peeking out under the leaves :D

Lol yes i was. I started this run due to the hermies in the last run lmao ... will run this groom again after harvwsting these. I thought maybe the male polen was coming from me opening the strawberry cough jar to refill my stash jar. I keep all my jarred buds in the shed where the groom is and this strawberry cough was a big ass hermie lol ... her buds are full of pollen sacks ... but then i saw one single banana in the auto ... maybe the small auto is raping my girls im nor sure lmao ... but this means more seeds for free hah

Hey hey hey ... quick update (from yesterday)
To be honest I was worried about the girls after applying the bloom tea because my tomatoes and cucumbers in my outdoor veg garden got a little burnt ... but the 4 girls did just fine with it when I checked on them yesterday ;-) and the buds seem to fill in very nicely.
I couldnt post this update last night because I had to get packed and ready for a business trip out of the country. I wont be back home to check on the girls until next tuesday so I'll miss the end of week 7 update but I'll follow up a few days after ;-)

Back from business trip and girls are looking ok. PE2 may be a bit hungry that shes dropping the last of her fan leaves
Buds are still swelling and taking long to finish it looks.

End of week 8 of flowering (day 56) Weekly update:
The girls and especially the PE are starting to show more deficiency as they near their end ... both girls in the back, SD and BlueKush, are swelling nicely ... all are still shooting out new pistils.
48 hours ago I started a brew with half a cup of each of EWC and compost. 1/4 cup of each of alfalfa meal and espoma tomato tone and 1/2 a cup of kelp meal, a tablespoon of molasses and quarter scoop of GreatWhite. Each pot got 1/2 a gal of that brew (I added aloe extract to it and some calmag) then sprayed with my ipm spray.
I turned off the 4000k spectrum and crancked up the QBs with 3000K spectrum to 100%. I'll let the girls finish under this more flowering specteum mix.

Smells very sweet bro ... just not very refined yet!!! Maybe in a week or so the smell profile will be more refined cause right now its just strong sweet weed smell and nithing more distinctive :-)

I just realized you have an auto growing under 12/12?
She's crusty! lol
Have you grown this strain before under longass lighting as autos mostly are grown (for comparison)?
I may want to finish an auto grow I just started on 12/12 because of a photoperiod I also have going (would spare me partitioning the closet :cool:)

The girls liked the tea i gave them last week so i gave them another one today. The auto is almost done. The other 3 are still filling out more and shooting new white pistils. Will let them go a bit and see how it goes.

Yeah right ... shes an auto ... but something went wrong in the begining when she was still under long veg lighting and was flowering, where she started to reveg again. She topk forever flowering under the long day light. She was also kept in her germinating pot way too long which explains her size lol ... but anyway, yeah she stafted to reveg and when i flipped the light to12/12 for flowering she bounced back. My explaination for that was that perhaps her photo period genetics kicked in due to stress or what not and made her reveg
I havent grown her or any auto in a very ling time and i actually hacent grown this auto strain before

Ah yes I remember your having mentioned she had started to reveg - that's what's gives her that bizarre Stalagmite-like touch - whereby, of course the "crusty Christmas tree" optic prevails :bigjoint:
Yes it does sound more like this was a special one, and it would be wrong to assume anything about autos in general. So partitioning off it will be, in case I need to send the photoperiod into flower before the auto is done. She does keep showing me that she is ready for it by throwing out pistils along her stem, but I wanted to give this one a long-ass veg so she can bush out, as she had a really bad start.:rolleyes:
