You're right. But I still liked my fancy cheese toast! Here's a stir fry I made tonight with waaay too much stuff in it as well.Absolutely gorgeous but looked like the amount of toppings were too heavy for the slice. Pizza seems to be a fine balance and for as simple as it appears doing those simple things right are always complex.
Looks delicious, I'd add a few red pepper flakesYou're right. But I still liked my fancy cheese toast! Here's a stir fry I made tonight with waaay too much stuff in it as well.

Dinner tonight courtesy of @BobBitchen this is so good. The espresso mouth feel is robust and smooth. Thank you so much for turning me onto these. KBS stout is great and my wine tumbler keeps it at just the right temp (for my coffee too)!
$6.25/night is cheap compared to the 1/2 bottle of wine I like!! SCORE! thanksAt $25 a 4 pack you may be cursing him later.
Yeah for awhile I got where a bottle was a single serving and I decided a tolerance break was just what I needed. I do that with pot too. Kind of stupid since I grow so much I literally throw shit away.Lightweight
My Ninja Foodi cooks rice in like 3 minutes but I've done it so long in just a saucepan I don't even think about. When the kids were home I had a HUGE rice cooker.Someday I will figure out how to cook rice. My biggest problem is figuring out where to set the stove for simmer. Hard to not take the lid off when you aren't sure whether there will be smoke rolling out of the pan if left covered.
I have a rice cooker, it didn't work well for the Mrs, so I'm not gonna try to use it.My Ninja Foodi cooks rice in like 3 minutes but I've done it so long in just a saucepan I don't even think about. When the kids were home I had a HUGE rice cooker.
Anyway put an inch of water over your rice, hardboil until you see the water has boiled just under the top rice, put a lid on and turn to your lowest heat and time for 17 minutes. At that point use a fork and fluff your rice. While you're learning you may burn some on the bottom. Don't worry about it.
There's always the under 20 buck Aroma cookers for simplicity.

Beautiful. Very nice handle. I like the octagonal ones. They look like they’re too simple to be comfy, but they feel better in my hand than the ergonomically-styled Western style.I got this in the mail today.

I was showing my gf the knives I liked and she liked this one so much she ordered it for me. I'm making fajitas again tonight to test it out.
You need to break up with that guy!
