never felt the need to carry a gun... there are dangerous places but they are in what most people here would call no-go areas...
Due to apartheid poverty is concentrated in certain areas.... Gangsterism rules there... and guns ring all the time. But where I live, old people and women go on walks alone...

Driving While Armed
The moment I sat down I knew something wasn’t quite right. The holster pinched against my body and my pistol now pointed directly through my legs. Add a seatbelt over top and there’s no way I would be able to wrangle the pistol out with any efficiency.

Finished my enhanced C/C course Saturday - shooting portion was timed 50 rnds from 3M, 6M & 10M. Extremely easy shooting as you simply had to keep the rounds in the 7 ring for them to count but I wanted to do my best (the two other guys were all over the target but still qualified). I concentrated on the X ring, I hit the 8 & 9 with around 10 shots from the furthest distance but the X was just one large ragged hole. I teased my instructor (retired CIA Col) asking how many holes there were.

I have a bad ass bandolier shoulder holster for my 460. That would be considered concealed if under a jacket right? Asking for a friend

I've been carrying her for almost 3 years now, the govt model is a bit heavy so I picked up a new Colt lightweight commander (aluminum frame). Been eyeing a set of crimson trace grips (green laser) to be added soon.

Jaclyn did something pretty awesome today. She shot a 72” target at over 2.4 miles away, 4227 yards to be exact. Her 5th round fired took over 10 seconds to find its way onto the plate. This shot is the second longest ever in competition
