Im on the 7th day now with my plants and there growth over last night had seem to be the biggest growth spurt yet. 2 grew a half inch =] And i meen the leaves grew a half inch. There hasnt been any stretching for the fact i have the 10 45 watt 120 watt imitators like 3 inches above them. Heres the pics guys.

Yeah, SAm, when those AI's get rooted they really start shooting off. In another week they should look totally different then they do now. I bet this time next week you have 5 and possibly 7 blade fan leaves.
I'll be interested to see if the CFL's and rockwool you are using are as fast as my soil/MH/HPS grow with Aurora's. I used CFL's for my last grow (bag seed) and have since upgraded to a metal halide/HPS setup. CFL's work, don't get me wrong, but in my case, I wanted something more and also something easier to manage (not moving CFL's around for perfect positioning, etc). I am interested in starting off in rock wool...since I'm contemplating doing a hydro set up one day. I hope yours take off as fast as mine...hydro would be a lot better for my situation to limit trips to the grow area...I have to water my plants a lot using soil.
I have to tell you though, I don't know if my plants could grow much faster...it's blowing my f'in mind. You should check my journal, a couple new pics are up.
Some questions...
What are your temps?
What is your humidity?
How is your air flow?
What is your PH?
Do you have a fan blowing near or 'lightly' on your babies? You want strong stems.

Yeah bro one day ill move on up to a hps or mh lighting but for right now i wanted to go cfl so ill deal with it haha.. And as for your questions..
temp is 78 -75 all the time.
I dont got a humididty control device yet, sorry.
I got a fan pushing air onto th e babies from the side..
ph is at 6.0 all the time. =]

hell yeah, especially when you get blown and look at them for a full 5 minutes and thank god he made a plant so fucking Beautifull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
