I think that we have stumbled onto something here.
When there is some sort of benefit, we all are able to pull out the racial discrimination card.
Black people have affirmative action, and when some people abuse it, when they (maybe true, maybe false) cry racism, white people get all up in arms about how their jobs are being taken (by 12% of the population that are heavily concentrated in urban areas) because of racism.
I like to also play on line chess, and use my real name. It is amazing how much people are bigots on the internet, I get called spic all the time because of my last name, even though by anyones definition I am white. So I can tell you that racism is alive and well (should go without saying). In reality everyone gets shit on. But in America I do think we should have equality in the workforce.
And if someone is barring entry because of race, there needs to be a way to reprimand them, like it or not, without affirmative action there would not really be a way to do so.

The five black teens are accused of assaulting and robbing a 28-year-old white woman on MAX train on Sat., June 9. All five were arrested and charged by police with Robbery in the Second Degree, Assault in the Third Degree and Intimidation in the First Degree.
The Intimidation charge is a so-called "hate crime," meaning the other crimes were committed because of the victim's race, color, religion, sexual orientation or national origin. it is a Class C Felony punishable by a maximum of five years in prison and a $125,000 fine.
intimidation - get real - white pushed for this to be upgraded to a hate crime
and if i was looking to find someone to rob it wouldev been her - now does that make it a hate crime, now that i think of it, maybe. but picking out the white person to rob is differant from picking out a person to drag behid your truck or to hang , not to say we wont up grade to that - but we have not

this sound like a case where the black guy was defending his home the white kids (5 of them) showed up to his house to beat up his son because the son and the white kid had prier beef (unrelated to race, they were fighting over a female) - look like they just lost the fight to me even the police said it wasn't a hate crime - if you and 4 teens show up to my house to beat my son i'll pop your ass too

maybe you should turn the news on? how about that muhammed guy and his kid shooting white people while pumping gas? dc sniper? heard of him?
there i gave you the info you asked for, now what? and if you dont like that one, turn on the lightly news in philly. pretty much the first three stories will be about killings and most likely there will be black on white violence and seldom the other way around.
How can anyone think that was racially motivated in any way? The white kids came to his house looking to start shit with the black kid.

and i talking hate crime not just any crimes yes i'm sure there are crimes were there was a black person committing the crime and a white person being the victim, but what i want is the hate motivated crimes based on race - thoses kids in the subway early where planing to rob somebody that night on the train that white girl just so happen to be on the train - wheres the black lench mobs thats out looking to hang whites just for being whites or chain a white man to there truck for hanging in the hood - the hate crime whites do to blacks are motivated by race only they didnt start as a robbery or mugging or a carjacking and the person so happen to be black - these hate supremist wake up and say i plan on killing me a nigger today, they get drunk and say let go beat up a faggot today, they get high and say lets go rape a women today - there crimes are purely race related if you are not black, gay, or female you may be safe today
