yep, this shit takes my blood pressure down 39 points. this is therapy. i actually have a prescription that i have to spend one hour per day. but i can break it up over the week. sometimes on 2 hours off three days on30 min off 6 hours.

pretty good therapy, ive only killed 10 feral cats this summer.....so far
