The only thing our past tells us is that war is inevetable and there will always be someone fighting over land or religion.

I don't understand how the past can tell us about the advancments in science and medicine. In the 50's if i would have taken a history class i would have realized oh shit in a couple years there will be internet. Where was that at in history? Im just saying you can't claim to know what the future brings.

Dude your TV is not a good benchmark of human advancement. Do you realize if an EMP went off how screwed MOST people would be? You can also easily see that people and their behavior os very similar to the Romans when their society fell. Our ability to Google has nothing to do with our plight.

you didn't metion advancement in internet? I just simplified it and said tv... I mean my 42" weighs 30 lbs...that isn't different and better than the 50's? dude you may be stupider than I thought too...

A feeling of peace is an emotion too. It's an important one but it's still about the way it 'feels'.

If you are only going to read from one source that agrees with and you don't like to think about it, how do you expect to be smart?

Well, i'd say it was trolling, bucause that sentence is like that letter that went out 10 years ago that was that study from Cambridge Univ. I meant I would rather discuss things instead of everyone picking apart typos and grammar errors.

I've READ, past tense... I don't dig it. I got what I wanted/needed now I just live my life... occasionally I go to a pot forum and argue with strangers about their ignorant beliefs, but I don't hold signs on the crner that says "God hates Fags"

Thanks for your offer, but I like to read the Bible for myself and I do so from time to time.
