The stupid woman dropped the lawsuit.
Good news for all the Baby-singing Beliebers out there: The paternity suit filed against
JustinBieber has been dropped.
TMZ reports that Mariah Yeaters suit was dismissed last week.
Also, both of the 20-year-old California womans attorneys, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have withdrawn their services from her case.
Bieber immediately denied Yeaters claims that she and the pop star hooked up following an October 2010 concert he headlined at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Yeaters baby boy was born in July. She filed the paternity suit back in October.
Its sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims, his reps said in a statement earlier this month. Well vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions.
Biebers attorney Howard Weitzman had earlier confirmed that Bieber would, in fact, take a DNA test but that he would also sue Yeater for making false allegations.
