The stupid woman dropped the lawsuit.



Good news for all the “Baby”-singing Beliebers out there: The paternity suit filed against Justin Bieber has been dropped.

TMZ reports that Mariah Yeater’s suit was dismissed last week.

Also, both of the 20-year-old California woman’s attorneys, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have withdrawn their services from her case.

Bieber immediately denied Yeater’s claims that she and the pop star hooked up following an October 2010 concert he headlined at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Yeater’s baby boy was born in July. She filed the paternity suit back in October.

“It’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims,” his reps said in a statement earlier this month. “We’ll vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions.”

Bieber’s attorney Howard Weitzman had earlier confirmed that Bieber would, in fact, take a DNA test but that he would also sue Yeater for making false allegations.

Sorry I find that music now a days just sucks I'm 22 and people my age are listening to this music which isn't that big of a shocker I just find the old stuff(Sabbath, Zeppelin, CCR, Deep Purple...etc) to be better listening

Sounds like she has credibility issues! lol! Why wouldn't her attorneys wait for the results of the paternity test? I'm not a fan of "The Beeb" at all, but if that skank was just trying to shake him down, I hope they make an example of her. :fire:

that what i was thinking when i herd about that shit...but they havent said anything so maybe laws are different there.. girl prob just wants money but it would be funny if he was a dad

She should have to pay her lawyers for their time. It just depends if they took the case on a contingency or not. Who knows what kind of agreement she had with her attorneys?

Yes, but this doesn't sound like what happened. It sounds like they (her lawyers) realized they had a lying, opportunist, skank, for a client and dumped her when they realized her story was full of inconsistencies. I wasn't there so I can't say, but usually they say something like "The case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount, and both parties are under a some sort of non-disclosure agreement or gag order preventing them from discussing the case or the settlement." I could be wrong but it sounds like his attorneys are gonna go after her!:shock:

All she needs to do is demand a paternity test and this would all be put to rest. If she really believed he was the father, it would be incredibly stupid of her to take a settlement when she could get fat child support payments for the next 18 years. lol!:lol:
