Thanks Smelly, I looked at purchasing a couple of folgers containers off ebay and the want $20 + for them each when walmart site says they worth about $10 and they want near $40 for postage. LOL can someone say RIP OFF!!!! HAHAHA All good though. Just thought i would ask the question.

Awesome BKB, I've not yet had any kind of kush. Lol i don't even smoke anything. I do it because "I'm good at it apparently. My friends love me. Its really hard to get seeds into Aussie but I'm gonna go for master kush next grow.

Still working on the 2 liter bottle undercurrent. Will post pics once I'm done.

Why dont you smoke? Yeah you should try a Kush but just keep in mind there are about 1 million different Kush strains from about 1000 different seed companies

My coffe can is a smaller one. Ive got bermuda grass (used for nesting/breeding small birds) in place of hydroton and rockwool/coco coir. Im sure itll work . I prolly can't veg long at all. question is . what seed do i grow guys?? the hindu kush, Ice again (and hopfully not male damn it! lol) , or my Lemon Drop???????????????????? Lemme kno guys!

Okay, I went through and this is everyone thats officially in the compitition as of now that I quoted below! We still have a little less than a week or so to get a pic up even if its of just the can lol.. I understand holidays are crazy so no rush but I thought we had a lot more!!! I just wanted to update with a picture of my current folgers coffee can grow and give a little detail about the strain I am growing. Lucky for me, it was the only plant I have grown this way(coffee can) and I was rewarded with a beautiful female from regular seeds...to me thats a divine sign Strain : Chem D X SFV OG Kush BX2 From karma Genetics "aka D-kush" Just flipped her into flower yesterday. She vegged for 21 days, and has been a very healthy and vigorous plant. Likes her nutes like any other kush. I will be feeding Veg nut for about another 1-2 weeks. Medium is Pro-Mix w/ Myco. I have been playing with this fun idea of what can I grow in now....if you look at the pic closely you will notice a red cool-aid jug on a glass plate... Thats a TGA Querkle grown in a 2l 1970's cool-aid pitcher The possibilities have become endless for me. 3l bottles, shampoo bottles, peanut butter jars....Ya know anything I have already paid for and dont have to buy manufactured pots. Pot is a Red Folgers Coffee Can with a little tape on the sides to block light. I will be sure to get a side pic soon to prove its a coffee can Till Next time stay medicated ppl! Howdy Kind Coffee Can Growers! Just wanted to give a update. Its been another fine week and my gurl is doing her thing. I am thinking she will be a she. I have grown this strain before and this is what her females tend to look like in this pheno. Shes got the Chemdawg funk to her already...stinky

Greetings from the land down under.
Got a question if i may.
I don't have any coffee cans but i do have these 2 litre bottles i salvaged out of the bin.
Can i enter?

The plants are 2 newly rooted clone the one on the left of the first pic is Jock Horror and the one on the right is NYPD both from Nirvana.
Nutes i'm using are Dutch Fest which seem to work well.
i have made these bottles into bubble buckets just filling with nutes out of my main reservoir and threw in an airstone in each one.
Cost of this project? nil everything i already had.
I wrapped some foil around the bottles to keep out the light and Voila free bubble buckets.
I will only veg for another couple of weeks along with my main grow which has been vegging for 5 weeks now grown from seed.

Harvest should be around the end of feb.

The last pic is of my grow room. 3 x Jock horror and 4 x NYPD just thought i would throw that in.

Please say i can enter and i know i cannot collect a prize if i win but i though this would be a load of fun.

For whatever reason I couldn't find a 48oz container, so I jsut got the 39oz one. My entry has been chilling under my t5 for a few days now, so I'll update when I repot her into the coffee container

Chadness, in all fairness it is a coffie can competition. With that being said 2 liters is just way more space then where alowing ourselfs to grow in. 1 liter=33.814023 fl.oz therefore:2 liters = 2 * 33.814023 fl.oz=67.628046 fl.oz.

My entry is around 1 liter at most and some might be using the bigger 48ozers..
You can just keep us updated and keep sharing your 2 liter girls which we would love to see Or maybe if BkB and BC agree on it you can make one a little closer to 1 liter to finish in and put some tape around it and act like its a coffie can lmao... Either way stick around and show them off

i like the idea of Lemon drop myself . perhaps you guys should hold a quick poll for me cause i cant decide, i rlly want the ice since my last grow went for months and it was male (all my seeds are non femmed .) i want to hindu kush too, so ill let you guys specualte and ill go for most voted opinion through reading.

!!! and my setup is going to be NUTS. Ill be posting picks in a few days. Ill be bubbling the hell out the reservois. A BRICK thats half broken is involved, a super small folgers coffee can my mum gave me, a design using the bottom of one of my homemade net pots cut out, bermuda grass. More mirrors for lighting too.. I just planned it out. rlly wish i had a bigger sized one like you guys, but wth. Lets hope it goes well ill prolly veg for a day or two LOL.

Oh and i should prolly find another can the same size to duplicate this one, thus i can pre prepare my solution and just move tops back and forth weekly. I figured that would be easier. I can have both setup with air pumps ive got lots of those, and tubing. Wanted to put my water pump to use, i can get a smaller one that i have elsewhere.

LOL BKB i used to smoke as a young un but grew up and didn't like it anymore, and learnt how to drink.

HAHAHAHAHA last time i had a bong i spent 3 hours lying on a mate's bathroom floor.

As for the kush I've only used Nirvana seeds so far so I'll purchase from there again.
They only have 1 kush strain so master kush it is. lol

I'll keep posting my pics with the bottles.
