governs to the right of nixon. implemented a heritage foundation idea as his main piece of legislation. increased gun rights. tougher on immigration than bush.

you paying attention?
Signed the NDAA, assassinates US citizens without due process, expanded our military "adventurism", in the pocket of Goldman-Sachs, violated the 10th Amendment in not letting the states deal with and regulate MJ as they see fit, oversaw guns given to narco-terrorists and used to kill US citizens and STILL hasn't held anyone responsible, etc.

Yeah, i'm paying attention.

Hes an authoritarian. He doesn't believe in civil rights, believes in economic control, believes in preemptive war, believes strongly in deportation, believes in drug war on citizens and our southern friends, does not believe transparency works, doesn't believe in due process.

Actions speak louder than words

do you guys have any idea what due process actually means?
"No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land."

You know, that thing Obama ignores when he predator drones american citizens without being judged by his peers.

Of course. When i say due process, i am meaning a few "peers" taking a look at it ya know? Not some government shill.
so experts in the intelligence community are no good, we should go with 12 dolts who couldn't get out of jury duty?

you guys need to reexamine this stupid "the terrorists are not getting due process!" talking point.

Yeah, employees of the government are NOT due process imo. And as for terrorists, too bad a jury never concluded that. AND, that was only one part of my post as to why Obummer is not a "centrist".

that's just your opinion.

do you really think 12 dolts who can't get out of jury duty would come to a different conclusion than intelligence experts?

Its transparency and power that are the issue IMO. When you have government officials making their own judgement in secret and ruling over all cases it can be a problem.

it's not in secret, and it's not all cases. it's very few cases, and they enumerate exactly why the person is a target.

try again.

Ever think that there are many that WELCOME being called to do their civic duty?

Bet if that jury of 12 "dolts" ruled in favor of your opinion, they would become upstanding citizens doing their civic duty.

But they rule over predator drone strikes, hence the term death panel. If it was done in the courts, evidence would be brought to light, and you could enjoy your nancy drew court case debates.

"Well, evidence exists that he smokes weed, likes to shoot, admires the Constitution (hence the "terrorist" label), AND he speaks his mind to anyone who'll listen. This rebel-rousing, terrorist-thinking individual must be stopped before he harms someone!"
