Idk. To me it's like we held first place and maintained it by stepping on other races and now we're like "OK, ok ok ok, we'll make it fair" and the races affected by our stepping are all like "But...now we're so far behind, can't we just..." and we're like "I SAID WE MADE IT FAIR!" That's my mental interpretation. When I've been smoking anyway. (It's my weekend off, i'm going all out on the smoking here...) Yes, it's way easier for black people who aren't in the inner cities to get out of poverty. But it's not easy for the ones who were already in the inner cities when everything started getting "fair" to get out of those inner cities in the first place to even start getting out of the poverty cycle.
