Hi Frenchy...
So I understand this correctly 160 is the "working bag", whereas first ice cold water wash of dried trim filled with trichomes will drain through catching anything over 160 microns, thus the working bag. Then I understand that is set aside, and trichomes from the 73 bag are are collected off the bag screen and bag washed in rubbing alcohol and returned back to collection system whereas only the 73 and 45 are still being used. The second wash drains through 73 bag and the 45, then only separated from 73 bag collection. 73 bag is cleaned and NOT placed back in collection system. Third final wash goes directly in 45 bag. 45 micron trichomes collected from bag screen.
So here is my question with the three washes having produced one 160 micron collection, two 73 micron collections and one 45 collection how are these collectively mixed together? And Why?
I actually do not mix my different grade most of the time. It happens with the 73 microns when the quality is high but otherwise I keep them separate
