    Tea question.

Should be fine if you've only been using the GrowBig at 1/4 strength. How big/old are your plants? You can give them too much when they're young.

    Does my plant look right?

Just to reiterate what everyone has stated above. FUCK MIRACLE-GRO. Just to put it in persective how bad that shit is, even their own website says it's not even suitable for vegetables, flowers, or in ground plants! It won't let me post a link. Just google "organic miraclegro content". Then...

    When to harvest trichome question.

Just as a heads up, you don't need all the buds to go amber for it to be done. I usually cut my plants once i see 95% cloudy and like 3-5% amber. If you want a more "couch lock" effect than an "uplifting" effect, then you usually let the plant go a little more amber. However, if you let them go...

    Soil moisture for seedlings?

soaked the seafood... Intel... I wear fox farm frog soil... language barrier OP I agree that a 7 gallon pot is too big. If your already committed to the pot, don't thoroughly water the entire thing. Water the center of the pot around the plant first, watering more and more towards the edges as...

Leaf Septoria? Deficiency? Need help identifying (pics)

@yourlook I suggest placing your bottom fans at a height where they wont be constantly drying out your top soil. Having a fan above and below the canopy is definitely the way to go. As far as bending the leaves, I simply tuck them straight down into the canopy, under the other stems. you can...

Never before seen degradation of plants

3rd pick almost definitely looks like a phosphorus deficiency. Since almost no grow naturally has a P deficiency, it's got to be due to a lockout caused by pH issues. Usually if your soil pH is below 6, this will start to happen. Try adding a little lime to your pots. It's the fastest acting...

Leaf Septoria? Deficiency? Need help identifying (pics)

Hey yourlook, To answer your questions in order: 1. Moving a plant from under a 1000w to a 600w will not hurt or shock the plant in anyway. It will grow more slowly, but it will be a negligible amount at first. 2. Whether or not you move a plant or two into the other tent, you should...

    Question about moving plants indoor/outdoor

blake9999 makes a good point. If you get bugs and bring them inside where there are no natural predators for them, they will take over in no time. If you were to do this, you'd probably have to spray the plants down every time you brought them in. Which is a good waste of your money and time.

    What y'all think

Week 2 from 12/12 or from first signs of flower? Just curious. Also, what strain?

    Drying

Then dry them outside. Still confused on the issue.
  12. Organic Altruism

Any idea what the issue is?

So I would recommend doing a bunch of research rather than trusting a single source. The guy that founded ILGM (who has his name right on the site) is a chemist with no background in horticulture. His youtube channel is full of short videos that are either strain reviews, quick overview of how...

    Drying

woah woah woah if confused. You've got pot plants, but your parents can't smell em? Are you even growing in the house? If they can't smell it now, they aren't going to smell it drying. If there not growing in the house, why can't you dry it there? So confused.

    First time grow

Hey fuckusernames, The posts above are all great advice. Really utilize these resources. In addition, I recommend reading two of the sticky threads right here on RIU. If you have any questions or concerns, just start up a new thread. You'll have plenty of responses after 24hrs. Threads to...

Any idea what the issue is?

MiracleGro too hot for young cannabis seedlings. (Or at any point in the plants life IMO. Fuck MiracleGro). In addition, you shouldn't be giving them any form of nutrients until they've completed there second node set. And even then, start diluted. As stated above, try growing seedlings in...

    Recover from heat stress

Very dramatic improvement. Looks like they'll bounce back in no time.

How do you stop a flowering beast?!?

Too true. Tie them down and drop the light a bit.

    Do my plants look ok?

Now that's more like it! They look happy in those solo cups. I would allow for 3-5 days before you notice them really start to bounce back and flourish. Be sure not to over water!

Soil always staying saturated in bottom of my soft pots...is this ok/ common?

Any idea how long soft pots last with holes drilled in them? Never done it before, quite curious.

Soil always staying saturated in bottom of my soft pots...is this ok/ common?

Chip has the right idea. You said that your plants were only in the 3rd week. They haven't the root mass to absorb all the water that gets trapped near the bottom. As they mature, they will drink it up. Maybe don't do a full thorough watering next time? I fear that if the bottom stays saturated...
