Stanley blower, lasko or harbor freight

I have had a Stanley Blower for several years, at the time I didn't know there were similar products to choose from. I don't use it anymore because it's "over-kill" for the size of my recent grows. It was a hell of a bargain for the forty-some odd $'s I spent for it.

Hey Chuck, that pictorial chart would make a "Killer" poster!

6 plants under 14w CFL, will it work?

Okay, ftrst of all, damn - learn to plan ahead! It sounds a little stange - not ideal - but that ought to work. A couple of 25 watt CFL's would probably add some "Grow Power".

is it still ok to water my plants if im under a water boil advisory???

Oh, okay, I get it! You're getting bad water from the faucet, right? Bad water from the faucet is just an inconvenience for humans - I mean there are so many different things you can do about it. But for plants, no water is a death warrant! Modern human beings are really pretty finnicky...

is it still ok to water my plants if im under a water boil advisory???

I've never heard of a water boil advisory. What the hell are you talking about?

    Yield Thread

Almost without exception, the people who ask "How much will I yield?" are 1st time growers, at least Newbies. I think this fact alone plays a huge part in what the yield will be. In other words, experience (or lack of experience) is a big deciding factor in how successful a grow will be. I...

wondering if i can move the trees

Just pick them-up and move them (as gently as possible). Not during "Lights Off".

Experiment - how much water does a gallon of soil hold?

But seriousely folks! I actually checked this once, several years ago. Okay, so here goes. When my plants where "Fairly Dry", the soil would retain about 25% of their own volume in water. So, from my experience, a gallon of soil would retatn about a quart of water.

Can soaking freashly cut clones in superthrve for 15- 20 mins help it root faster

It wouldn't hurt! That's one of the few things it might actually be good for.

How often should i use SUPERthrive?

I doubt that it's organic! Could be wrong.

How often should i use SUPERthrive?

SuperThrive is not a nutrient, they don't even claim to be! So, if that's why you're using it - you're wasting your time! SuperThrive is a "Tonic" to be used at "certain times". Shamegame nailed it in Post #6. SuperThrive is cheap to buy and it doesn't really hurt anything - I think that's...

    Vacuumed seal after harvest

You are correct, it will not cure. You should have dried and cured it first. But even then, Vacuum Bags are not the best way way to store your goodies. Yes, they will enjoy a long shelf-life - but the process is physically rough on the product!

    uv black light?

He is absolutely right! What you want is a "Reptile Light", from a Pet Shop (10 or 20% UV-B). It looks like a regular CFL.

Will 50% perlite 50% clay soil work for my plants?

It sounds like the main reason you are wanting to use clay soil is because it's free. But the truth of the matter is, the "soil" part of any soil mix is, literally, dirt cheap anyway. Perlite, on the other hand, is by far the most expensive part (and you would be using a lot of it!). Do you...

    off gasing?

IMHO off-gassing is a "psudo-problem" that has been blown way out of proportion. I say this, based on one assumption; that is that you you have some sort of adequate ventilation (exhausting the air from inside the tent). It's like farting in your car when the windows are down - as opposed to...

    breeding

And to add to what Mr. Belvedere said; you wont even know the results then! The offspring of your first crossing will have a variety of "phenotypes". And even then, the results are not stable. That is to say that the results would be "all over the place" - hit and miss. There is a lot more...

bush growing out of side of plant

I think the OP really has a good point here! I see the terms "stress" and "hermie" thrown around here a lot. "My God, don't do anything that might stress the plant a little - you could cause a hermie!". Half of the time, they have no idea what they're talking about. At least this guy is...

bush growing out of side of plant

Looks to me that it has so many "Tops", that they are all stunted because the small plant can't support them all. Just my $.02 worth.

    Two tap roots one seed.

I really don't know what you might expect from this; I've never had it happen (but then, I don't pop that many new seeds). My ftrst reaction was that it may turn out to be Polyploidal, but that is just a guess! The real reason I am answering this is to give my opinion about what happened...

    Soil Ph

Just adding nutes will probably bring down the "runoff" pH by .2! But to be honest, if I has that close to begin with - I wouldn't worry about it. If it works don't fix it!
