    Perpetual harvest, lighting question..

You need to make yourself some "Booster Blocks" to set under the shorter plants. You can use anything from an empty can, an old book, to some lumber (whatever you got laying around!). The shorter the plant, the bigger the "Booster Block" you use. As the plants proceed to grow, reduce the size...

How Much Water Should I Give My Plants?

Let's get back to the original question! The reason why you want to water until you get 20% runoff (more or less) has nothing to do with personal opinion, it's a matter of practicality. If you just barely water the soil, to point of saturation (little, or no runoff), there is no "rinsing...

    hps vs hps

Okay, let's talk about this for a second! That comes out to 1.33 grams per watt, are you shitting me? I'm not exactly calling "Bull Shit" on this one, but I would like to hear what kind of Top Hat and Cane you used to produce that.

plant with 11 to 14 leaves

The number of "fingers" on each leaf is usualy an indicaton of a plants age. Outdoor plants that grow all season can easily have that many - Indoor plants that are just babies, not so much! Very unusual!

    Worm castings

Mix it into your soil-mix. If you have a good, rich, soil you only need about 10% "Worm Castings"; if you use some "Cheap Ass Dirt", you may want to use more!

    400 watt hps, ideal size

Jondamon didn't say 3.5 ft. x 3.5 ft. was optimal, he said that was the maximum space you could hope to cover. There's a big difference! I'm a little more conservative - I would say 3 ft. x 3 ft. max.

    How much perlite?

That's the same ratio I use when I make my own mix: 1 part (store bought) Topsoil 1 part Compost 1 part Perlite 1 part Composted Steer Manure So, for each 5 gallons, you should use 1 1/4 gallons of Perlite.

Partial or very slow germination, what to do

You don't list any past experience and I can see that this is your first post. So, first of all let me welcome you to RIU! Secondly, don't expect 100% germination (unless that is what you are used to, based on past experience). Thirdly (and perhaps more to the point), sometimes it just takes...

Transplanting a large plant, should I completely mix new soil?

The plant will probably survive no matter what you do. The real question is - "Do you just want it to survive, or do you want it to reach it's full potential?". If you do everything right, to the MAX, you'll end up with a "Primo" plant. The more things you do "Half-Assed", the more your results...

    Hydro growers

My point exactly! But I have , yet, another point to make. This (RIU) isn't a personal question answering place, it's a forum, a place where information is openly exchanged. By resorting to Personal Messages for what is admittedly basic questions; you are preventing that information from being...

Fuck! My plants got stolen few questions for Cali medical card holders

It really depends on which county the OP lives in! Each county has thier own guidelines. But usually it is stated as 6 in flower -or- 12 in veg. Or, not and.

    Scrog question, Hmmm????

The very question you ask, is the reason why SCROG is a medium for clones - not seeds! Why rush into a problem? Take some time and get your clone on!

Question for any other Guam resident

If getting "Store Bought" seeds is causing you all this drama, why not just go for the obvious and grow bagseed? Once you get the whole "growing thing" dialed in, you can worry about obtaining "Name Brand" genetics then.
