    Are the problem plants the same strain? Some like a particular nutrient schedule and you can run into trouble feeding them all exactly the same.

    I like to differentiate the type of meatball. Beef, pork, lamb, veal, or chicken or some combination. I never use turkey though. Just waiting on the kids so I can dig in! Got a Tangie rolled and burnin’. Ball game is on. Wife’s riding her horse. About to uncork this Bordeaux.

    Baked rigatoni w/ baby chicken meatballs. Mozzarella and pecorino, plus chunks of Cambanzola and a local funky Brie. Quick vodka sauce. No ricotta baked in. Cool ricotta served on the side.

    Bitters are a very underutilized ingredient in cooking. Goes great particularly in stews/soups. Another underutilized ingredient from your bar is white vermouth. I use it to deglaze.

    It’s like going to the doctor for a rash. He’s gonna ask questions. Off the cuff it’s a lockout due to your overdone nutrients. Plain water at a neutral PH for a couple feeds. Then pick one for the rest of the way. Forget about charts or chasing your test results at this point.
