If it were me and this plant, I'd be assessing the nugs. If they're very hard and compact, I wouldn't have a problem with myself taking all or part of her. But I think she still has time and you'll continue to see them develop.
Here's how I use breeder's grow days for photo period plants. First I add 7-10 days for the transition from veg to flower. Then I add another week or two due to my grow conditions. And once I get close, I just keep looking and waiting.

If you say you've reached the growers suggested grow days, keep in mind that that is under ideal conditions.

It looks good but I think your calendar is probably right. I use different ways at the same time to determine when it's ready to harvest. Trichs, pistils, density, and an overall "look".
And it's partly what you want too.
