the plants use co2 (which you put off) and you use O2 (which they put off) and if its so freekin dank in there you cant breath your ventilation is fukt up and your plants are probably dead.. its not bad for you they are just worried for your health.. :bigjoint:

ive never really dipped my feet in hydro much but ive got about 15 years growing in dirt and my whole outlook is this... God didn't design MJ to be tossed in the lake... it was designed to grow wild in the woods ... think ill stick to dirt.. bongsmilie

for heat regulation place your hand at the top of your plant if its too hot for your hand its too hot for your plant .. move the light... also get more airflow working it will alleviate alot of heat stress too but your current temp shouldn't be doing that...possible nute problem i think...
