i start them under 4200's for babies set in a hood with 2 tubes...then in what i call post baby stage i go to 2 tubed hoods on them then for vegg i go to 6500k then for flower i go to 2700k 150's and just watch the plant turn white :) and FUCK does the weed come out so compact you bout need a...

yield = how good of a grower are you... if your new to the game you prolly wont get too much dependent on how many time you fuck up the plant if your seasoned then you will probably get alot you can almost answer this one yourself bongsmilie

yea my bad really .. :confused: .. does have that spongy look of pre nuted soil ...coarse im not as burnt as i was that night either :-?

depending on your growing experience pre nuted soil can be a really bad thing...some soils run too hot for inexperienced growers and should be avoided unless your a seasoned grower with time and grows under your belt. bongsmilie

well the hand test isn't meant as a *Absolute* fix for all lighting its a starting point ...just like you did.. you set it up ..then you watched your plants ..and they *told* you they needed it farther away... this is what i mean when i tell people ..listen to your plants they will *tell* you...
