So I kinda ended up splitting the harvest up. I cut the lower half of the plant first cause those trics looked most done. Took a sample to a friend and looked under a scope and saw that only 70% were cloudy. So I left the rest of the plant, including the boss bud, to grow for another week. So...

I don't see how the reflectors are a hazard at all. I have them taped to the y adapters with electrical tape and they don't touch the bulbs at all. they just float in place. They're pretty easy to work with. I like them. Don't fuck up your parents house.

Yeah no sorry but that plant looks sad. You don't have enough lights on there and the ones you have only are hitting like 2 or 3 leaves on each side. LST your plant about a week before you switch the lights to flower mode. Then as it continues to grow in flowering you can continue to tie it...

i sampled a little bit. let it rest inside a 14w 3500k cfl for about 35 minutes then 30 minutes in a glass nug jar in the fridge. samples pretty good. no flavor but decent high. its gonna be a good harvest.

you need 2500k for flowering.. my local hardware store had 26w cfls for $1 as part of the local power company discount program. Switch 5 out of six of those lights you already have with the 2500k bulbs and you should be fine. Check out the link in my sig to see my setup.
