It is new growth. New shoots...side branches. Those are future bud sites. Nothing is wrong. On some plants the side shoots will grow fast and on others they wont right off, but will take off later.

Nope no good. 5ml=1 teaspoon, so you are only giving her 80 teaspoons of water. She is in a big pot. Those 80 teaspoons aren't making it down into the soil far enough for all the roots to get a drink. Try watering until you see run off from the bottom of your pot. Good luck

Just go with the bloom food for now. It will have enough of what they need until they begin to turn around. After the soil gets dry feed and water them a 1/2 dose of the bloom. Luck and hope this all turns around for ya.

Both plants look like males. I don't see any pistols on or near any of those pollen sacs, so there is no indication that either of them is a hermie. sorry, maybe next set you grow will be the girls.
