I tried it once before, with a couple of mother plants though..I didnt flower them. It got crowded but they grew fine. I mightve done larger pots if I were you,unless youre gonna flower them pretty small. Theyre sharing root space,between 3 plants theyll fill out those pots rather quickly.

You can see some green there,the plant oughta be able to push it off. One thing you can do is lightly mist it with a little bit of water once and it will soften the remaining bit of the shell enough for the plant to open up.

Yeah..in ground,and break up and amend the soil with some compost/planting mix if you can. A thick layer of mulch will greatly reduce the amount of evaporation too. I know those are all things that are hard to do and its impractical to get stuff out to a site but those are the main things.
