I can't list any references but I came across an interesting statistic recently. It seems that before drug prohibition 1.3% of the population was addicted to narcotics, What is it today? Appproximately 1.3%.
A certain % of the population will always be addicted to drugs whether legal or not.
The ground, after proper preparation, is superior. It will equalize your mistakes. Over/under fertilizing, over/under watering take care of themselves in the ground.
They're not standard spider mites. Mites live on the plant not in the soil, and they don't move fast. I've heard of these and I'll try to find a link to info.
