    perhaps this is tweeds way of telling patients that they cant grow medicine for us so they are suggesting we grow it ourselves and providing us with seeds technically, isn't this illegal too? they're allowed to ship dried marijuana, not seeds hahahah ol' tweedle

    pretty sure the same thing applies to every other LP, it's easier to get an expansion approved as compared to a whole new company getting an approval for an independent site
