yes it is! i have one of the 150w eco $20 hps's over 4-6, i just added some 150w cfls to the sides, decent dense nugglets, the 150 is great for smaller spaces, and it actually puts out less heat than 6 23w cfls

i actually got a bad bag of MG MC last time (was soaked, the soil formed mildew/mold when opened :( ), and cant find it at the local walmart/HD either now, had to switch to the MG OC, not bad, but i liked the MC better... i mix it with 30% perlite and 15% vermiculite,and a dab of lime no veg...

i smoke that BEFORE i go to work...lol
