2 of my OG Kush clone were growing out with only 1 leaf when it was in veg, but quickly started to grow normal leaves don't know why though.

Don't worry too much about being root bound they just won't grow that big and that's what you said you wanted so you're good.

I'm not sure what the marijuana laws are in your state, but try and tell the judge that you need medical marijuana for whatever illness or pain you may have. He may also go easy on you if you do not have a previous criminal record.
