What do you plan on using them for? Heroine is extremely hard to make if thats what your aiming for, plus you would need a shit ton of poppies to make it. The sap of the pods doesnt stretch as does other plants. You got to know your shit dude.

I would use my own water source. Dig your own hole and put a big tarp in it and fill it yourself with water. The rain will keep water in it after you fill it and it will be alot easier than hauling it yourself:weed:

Look at this and tell me it has to be complicated to grow massive plants and produce over a lb of bud... This guy produced lbs per plant and used nothing more than nitrogen, water, and bloom. so its not that hard. and he didnt use no 10 gallon pot either. he had 7 - 8 ft trees. talk to this guy...

Durban Poison is one of the best imo. Id go for that strain. Theres no disappontment with that smoke :p
