I agree I have rapid rooters but don't use them because they dry out way to fast on me, rockwool is amazing I never have to water it and now am getting 90-100% success every time. I'm not sure how far you want the 1000 watt, I've read to have a 400mh about 4 feet away. Do some research on that...

Yeah I would supercrop, I just did it a week and a half ago. Watch some videos on youtube before you do it to get the right idea. Make sure you let it recover at least a week the place you bent it will make a calus and become 3x thicker.

I have super thrive and i put a few drops in my spray bottle but i dont soak rockwool with it or anything. You should get some clonex rooting gel if your serious about it, the little black bottle will literally last you hundreds of clones. Dont bother taking little mini clones they never root...

That's not a bad idea Guile, i would do like you said and just cut and seal the dome. At the hydro shop they always cut up humidity domes and then throw the plastic over it to make a custom little chamber.

I agree i wouldn't go out and get a humidifier for this purpose. The best thing to do is just take a few and spray your plants down.
