Yeah they work great too its all about preference really. Smart pots help the roots breathe and have great drainage, but soil dries out faster so you have to water more often. Drainage varies with buckets depending on how many holes you drill in the bottom but you can reuse them over and over...

Yes some plants take longer to mature than others, pure sativas can continue to grow vertically for as long as 10-12 weeks. Sometimes the bottoms will mature faster than the tops just wait it out and check the trichomes once the tops start to mature a little more.

Very nice :) Honestly I prefer the buckets just because they are easier to lift and move around without disturbing the roots, but if you don't move your plants much smart pots are fine.

That's my blueberry clone at 4 weeks it still has another 4 to go. My first time growing in super soil just plain tap water from beginning to end. Smart pots work great too I use those as well.

I use the same formula and the only problems I've had is a bit of cal/mag problems late in flower, but the lime should help with that. I usually start with 1/4 strength and slowly work up to full strength.

It looks like it may be a sign of cal/mag deficiency. Some kush plants are just sensitive they have the tendency to get yellow spots when everything else in the garden is green and healthy. Calcium and magnanese are also the first nutrients to get locked out if the soil is too acidic.
