You should not have done that. In cool temps the seeds can take up to 2 weeks to germinate. Also you should have placed them in the medium from the start instead of double handling them and disturbing the tap root.

Several problems here. 1- dont use hid lights to raise root cuttings, you only need a small cfl ,in cloning its not a 'grow light' they need just a light to keep them in light period for 24/7. 2- 16-23 will not work. Cuttings are sensitive to temp so 24-28 works best, too cold they die, too hot...

The biggest issue here is not the roots or the yellow leaves it's the weak lighting and the strain not suited for indoor growing. Next grow use hid lighting with cooltubes and an indica.
