how much room do you have? and your doing 4 plants right? all 4 in veg. and then all 4 in flower right? if so then i would use the t5 to veg and flower using the clfs. as side lighting where needed.

im not a fluorescent user but id think about using the t5 and and the smaller clfs to flower and veg with the rest

I am a electrician. every GFI has a amp rating. yours is probably a 15 or 20 amp. GFI outlet. I would not use less than a 30amp.GFI and make sure the breaker is a 30amp. too. or it will go out again.

Get the foil out of there. the foil wont reflect light right and will create hot spots. thats why your plants are moving away from the light. white paint or white plastic is what you need. take out the foil, and start adding nutes at 1/4 strength. to start
