i did both ways 24/7 the first couple of autos, then went to 18/6 and it seemed to do alittle better. but either way is good with autos, you will get bud, either way. and hey we all dont half to grow the same way. as long as we get bud, thats all we all want.

autos do better under 18/6 than 24/7. iv done it in my grow and noticed a big differents, in the plants growth. so sleep is a good thing even for autos.
