Yes a 150 HPS will rock a single auto!!! I would even throw in my UFO's to supplement and grow a tree in a 5-7 gallon pot. Heat will be an issue, do you have a scrubber? I think I will pick one up for the winter months. Can't beat it for $70

Id rather a smaller gorilla tent (regular not lite line). Steel frame, no plastic, lots thicker means less smells, NO light leaks. Best investment I've made.

Depends on how big you want it. If you want a manageable tree veg it for a month or so, then put it in a 5 gallon pot and flower.

I used a similar UFO and amount of CFL's to flower one plant 5 gallon. If you are planning on effectively flowering 4 you'll need to bring in some serious light. Not more cfl's, maybe 2-3 more UFO's or a 400-600 watt HPS/MH.

Two things Ive learned from experience not to skimp on. Light, and a Carbon Scrubber. spend the extra $70 and get a 4" fan filter combo. Paid $130 total for mine. Not a whiff can be smelled anywhere.
