I would make the shed 2/3 flower and 1/3 veg space wise. Give you more room to work with in flower, and can still easily fit vegging plants in it. I would spend some extra cash (or none really) look on Newegg.com they have grow lights pretty cheap. 120v, but dont think you have 240's in a shed...

The plant wont start to see any signs of damage till the dissolved oxygen in the water is used up. Usually takes a full day with a 5 gallon bucket. This is why i hail the DWC growing method, Plant can survive without that airpump for a full day.

Make sure the roots are strong on the clones before throwing them in the hydroton. Friend of mine went this way and the pebbles shreaded the roots on 4/7 clones.

Water temp? Warmer temps lead to root issues.

Whats the conditions of your flood table res? Medium used?

Two to three week flush in hydro? I flush with just plain ph'ed water for 4 days.
